hzay Terms & Conditions
This document sets out all the conditions governing use of the hzay platform. Please read it in full before opening an account.
Important Notice
By creating an account on hzay or using the platform, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the platform. hzay reserves the right to modify these terms at any time with appropriate notice; continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be treated as acceptance of the new terms.
General Provisions
1.1 Definitions and Introduction
In this document, "hzay", "we", "our", or "platform" refers to the hzay online gaming service. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any person who has created an account on hzay or is using the service.
1.2 Applicability
These Terms & Conditions apply to all hzay services — including live casino, slots, sports betting, card games, and other gaming activities. Separate terms may apply to specific games or promotions; in such cases, both sets of terms will apply together.

Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
hzay is only for persons aged 21 or older. hzay reserves the right to immediately close any account belonging to a minor, and associated funds may be withheld.
2.2 Registration Conditions
- Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being permanently closed.
- All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Opening an account using a false identity or another person's details is strictly prohibited.
- It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login details confidential.
2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
hzay reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. This may require submitting a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued document. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.
2.4 Account Security

Deposits & Withdrawals — Financial Policy
3.1 Deposit Limits and Methods
The minimum deposit on hzay is ৳500. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank). Deposits through methods outside this list are not accepted.
3.2 Withdrawal Conditions
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 10–45 minutes.
- To request a withdrawal, your account must have a sufficient balance and verification must be complete.
- Withdrawals should be made using the same method used for the deposit.
3.3 Currency
All transactions on hzay are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
3.4 Transaction Rejection
hzay reserves the right to suspend or reject any transaction due to suspicious activity, technical issues, or legal reasons. The relevant user will be notified in such cases.
Bonuses & Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
hzay offers a 200% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳3,000. Alternatively, depositing ৳12,000 or more gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, for a total of ৳22,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
Before withdrawing winnings from a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met. You must wager 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not the deposit). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 total wagering required before withdrawal.
Bonus Usage Rules
hzay reserves the right to close accounts and void bonuses and associated winnings if a user claims bonuses from multiple accounts, attempts to obtain bonuses fraudulently, or abuses the bonus policy.
4.3 Other Promotions
hzay may offer various promotional deals from time to time. Each promotion has its own terms, which are published alongside the relevant offer. Those specific terms will apply in addition to the general Terms & Conditions.
VIP Program & Cashback
5.1 VIP Tiers
hzay's VIP program has four tiers:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% cashback per week
- Silver: up to 0.4% cashback per week
- Gold: up to 0.6% cashback per week
- Platinum: up to 0.8% cashback per week
5.2 Tier Changes
Users can move up to a higher VIP tier through regular gaming activity. Equally, extended inactivity may result in a tier reduction. Contact the support team for more details.
5.3 Cashback Policy
Cashback is generally paid on a weekly basis. The amount and conditions may vary. hzay reserves the right to make changes to the VIP program at any time.
Prohibited Activities
6.1 Fraud and Unlawful Activity
The following activities are strictly prohibited on hzay and will result in account termination:
- Using any software or hacking methods to interfere with the platform or game systems
- Abusing bonuses or promotions, or attempting to gain an advantage through multiple accounts
- Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime
- Any form of collusion or match fixing
- Any attempt to disrupt the normal operation of the platform
6.2 Account Termination
Involvement in any of the above activities will result in the account being immediately suspended or permanently closed. In such cases, hzay reserves the right to forfeit any balance, bonuses, or winnings. Legal action may be taken if necessary.
Responsible Gaming
7.1 Our Commitment
hzay believes gaming is a form of entertainment — not a solution to financial problems. We encourage all users to play responsibly.
7.2 Self-Exclusion and Limit Setting

Platform Liability
9.1 Service Availability

All game results are determined through a fair and proper process. If a game must be cancelled due to a technical error, the amount wagered in that round will be refunded.
9.3 Limitation of Liability
hzay will not under any circumstances be liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, or data loss suffered by a user. Maximum liability is limited to the amount of the relevant transaction.

General Miscellaneous
11.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and any applicable special promotional terms together form the entire agreement between the user and hzay. Any previous oral or written discussions are superseded by this document.
11.2 Severability
If any part of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
11.3 Waiver
If hzay does not enforce a particular term in a specific instance, that will not be considered a permanent waiver of that term.
